The Phantoms fell to the Charlotte Checkers 4-2. After beating the Checkers on Friday night 5-3, the Phantoms were looking to close out the weekend with another win. The Phantoms’ two goals were scored by James de Haas and Andy Andreoff late in the third period. Kirill Ustimenko was in the net for the orange and black and made 24 saves.
The Phantoms are back in action at PPL center next Friday, March 6 when they take on the Bridgeport Sound Tigers.
