2015-16 Flyers schedule kicks off with trio of games vs. Florida teams; home opener Oct. 12

The Philadelphia Flyers kick off the 2015-16 season with a trio of games against two Florida teams.

On Thursday, October 8, they’ll begin their season against the defending Eastern Conference Champions with a trip to Amalie Arena to take on the Tampa Bay Lightning. It will be Tampa’s home opener.

Two nights later on Saturday, October 10, the Flyers will be in South Florida to take on the Panthers at BB&T Center in Sunrise. That game will be the Panthers home opener.

The Flyers will then return home to play their 2015-16 home opener on Monday, October 12 against those same Florida Panthers.

The full 2015-16 schedule is due out tomorrow morning, June 25, at 10 a.m. ET and we will of course have full coverage right here at BSH.
