Flyers kick off Flyers road game watch parties with tonight’s game against Penguins

The Philadelphia Flyers are coming off a 3-0 shutout win on home ice on Tuesday night. It was their third home win of the season to go along with two road wins. Fans are always able to celebrate together at home games, but what about during road games?

The Flyers now have you covered with monthly watch parties.

Their new program, Flyers Road Game Watch Party, will take place during select Flyers away games throughout the season, to bring the excitement of Wells Fargo Center to fans around the Greater Philadelphia Area.

What better way to kick things off than with a watch party for the first Battle of Pennsylvania of the season? The Flyers are heading into Pittsburgh and you can get together with your fellow Philly fans to cheer them on.

Flyers vs Penguins: An Anthology, Part 1

The first watch party will take place on Thursday, November 4 at Gatsby’s in Aston, Pa. at 7 p.m. for the Flyers away game against the Pittsburgh Penguins. Additional watch party dates and locations will be announced in the coming weeks. Information on the latest scheduled events can be found at https://www.nhl.com/flyers/fans/contests-offers.

“We have the best home-ice advantage in the NHL because there’s just something different about a Flyers game at Wells Fargo with our smart, passionate, and dedicated fans. These road game watch parties are all about replicating that energy for our fans who want to get together at a local bar, have a Yuengling or two, and root for the Flyers together. On top of all of that, the team has been off to an incredible start, making each game a can’t-miss experience,” said Philadelphia Flyers Chief Business Officer, Mike Shane.

Through this new event series, the Flyers will host a monthly watch party to bring Flyers fans together and generate excitement while the team is on the road. Each watch party will take place at a new local sports bar and be hosted by a Flyers personality, with appearances by fan-favorites like Flyers Alumni and members of the Flyers Ice Team to be expected throughout the season.

November is a big month for the Flyers and they started it off on the right foot with a win on Tuesday night. Come out and support the boys as they take on those hated Penguins! Not only will you be able to cheer on the Flyers with fellow fans, but you’ll also have exclusive offers and giveaways. Each Flyers watch party will feature interactive games and opportunities to receive exclusive giveaways, including game tickets, signed merchandise, and other Flyers-branded swag.
