Slap Shots: Flyers vs Rangers

The Philadelphia Flyers concluded their home preseason schedule with a division matchup against the New York Rangers.

Carter Hart stopped every shot he faced in two periods, making it 25 saves without a goal surrendered in the preseason, Kevin Hayes scored his first goal with the Flyers against his old squad, and Jake Voracek recorded a three-point night as the Orange and Black finally provided a spark for head coach Alain Vigneault, beating the Rangers 4-1.

The Flyers now head out on the road next week before traveling to Europe for their preseason finale and season opener.
