Wednesday Morning Fly By: Click this link

*In my opinion, you should close and re-open the Fly By (and all other BSH articles) a minimum of ten times today. No particular reason. Just because. Definitely not a rough time to be a sports blog. Anyhoo! Yesterday was a fun day in Flyers’ history. [BSH]

*The ideas for how to restart the season are getting wilder the longer we go on. [Hockeybuzz]

*Meltzer continues his profiles with a look at the oft-maligned Shayne Gostisbehere. [Flyers]

*Kevin Hayes continues to be an absolute gem. [Inquirer]

*We did a lot of looking back on the website yesterday; this one goes all the way back to 1975 when the Flyers nearly blew a 3-0 lead in the playoffs. [BSH]

*Charlie’s looking back too, going over the ten worst trades the Flyers made in the 2010s. [The Athletic]

*The premise of this article is akin to asking someone if they’re happy that the dude that dumped them last year is getting married to his new girlfriend. Exactly that, but make it sports. [NBC Sports Philly]

*It’s pretty weird that Lou Nolan isn’t already in the Flyers’ Hall of Fame, eh? [Inquirer]

*Traitor and noted turncoat Mark Recchi says the Penguins are ready to go should that first round series with the Flyers ever materialize. [NBC Sports Philly]

*And finally, what if you looked back but then also looked forward? Trade trees baby! [BSH]
