*Boy this week is a struggle, eh? The motivation is in the tank. Just get us to the turkey, you know what I mean? Anyhoo, we got a couple of injury updates yesterday. [BSH]

*Noah Cates hasn’t yet dug himself out of his 4th line doghouse just yet, but he’s working on it. And he’ll get there. [Inquirer]

*So the Flyers are winning hockey games and you’re feeling conflicted. Maybe, I don’t know your life. Some people seem to be conflicted, because they worry that winning now means the rebuild is off. Hopefully, the organization is keeping the collective eye on the prize, though. [BSH]

*You may have noticed that there were zero (0) hockey games played last night. Apparently there were Reasons. [Sportsnet]

*You know what Patrik Laine I bet a lot of people would be embarrassed about being scratched in a game against the Flyers. [TSN]

*And finally, the NHL is planning to put on an international tournament in 2025 featuring… four countries? For some reason? Interested to hear what you all think of this because for the life of me I cannot find the appeal or the point. [ESPN]
