Undrafted Free Agent
Myers ties his goal-total from last season with five in just in first 18 games (he played 50 last season FWIW). The young defenseman has 11 points in total this season and is likely only an injury away from joining the Flyers.
Mark Friedman (D): 2 GP, 1 assist, 0 shots, 2 PIM
2014 3rd Round Pick, 86th overall
Another assist this week gives Friedman 10 points (1 G, 9 A) in 18 games this season and is only six points away from tying his career-high from last season. Friedman has also been taking more penalties this season, with 18 this season. He had only 18 all of last season in 65 games.
Nicholas Aube-Kubel (RW): 2 GP, 1 goal, 1 assist, 3 shots, 4 PIM
2014 2nd Round Pick, 48th overall
NAK is back with the Phantoms after a short stint with the Flyers the past couple weeks. He notched his fourth goal and fifth assist in 10 games.
Mikhail Vorobyev (C), 2 GP, 1 goal, 1 assist, 3 shots
2015 4th Round Pick, 104th overall
You thinking Vorobyev is trying to prove something to Dave Hakstol and Flyers brass? Since being demoted Mikhail “Mike” Vorobyev has eight points (3 G, 5 A) in 10 games.
Carsen Twarynski (LW): 2 GP, 1 assist, 1 shot, 2 PIM
2016 3rd Round Pick, 82nd overall
It’s still slow going on the scoreboard for Twarynski. He has four points (1 G, 3 A) in 16 games.
David Kaše (RW): 2 GP, 2 shots, 2 PIM

Kase has hit his first prolonged offensive drought of the season with no points in his last four games. He remains at 10 (4 G, 6 A) in 15 contests.
Connor Bunnaman (C): 1 GP, 1 shot

Bunnaman didn’t play in Saturday’s game. The power forward has three points (2 G, 1 A) in 11 games in his first AHL season.

Very Carter Hart-like weekend with one great performance, followed by a lackluster one. He stopped 29 of 31 on Friday, but then let up 6 on 38 on Saturday. This is all fine as of right now for the AHL rookie netminder as he adjusts to the pro-level. His SV% through 12 games is .884.

Morgan Frost (C), Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds (OHL)
2017 1st Round Pick, 27th overall
- 11/21 – 1 goal, 2 assists, 4 shots, 7 for 20 FOW
- 11/23 – 1 goal, 9 shots, 12 for 25 FOW
- 11/24 – 5 assists, 1 shot, 2 PIM, 13 for 28 FOW/
With a nine-point week, Frost’s point-per-game (PPG) pace (1.77) has finally jumped ahead of his career-high from last season (1.67). Frost should easily eclipse career-highs in goals, assists and points by the end of the season. His 46 points (16 G, 30 A) in 26 games is second in the OHL and one point off the league-lead. Isaac Ratcliffe (LW), Guelph Storm (OHL)
2017 2nd Round Pick, 35th overall
- 11/23 – 2 goals, 12 shots, 0 for 1 FOW
- 11/24 – 1 goal, 3 shots, 2 PIM
- 11/25 – 1 goal, 4 shots, 4 PIM/
Another OHLer on a career-high PPG pace (1.20) over last season (1.01). Ratcliffe has 30 points (19 G, 11 A) in 25 games. The one worry I have with Ratcliffe is I wonder how much of his goal-scoring is sustainable when he isn’t putting up an insane amount of shots (he already has 109 shots on goal, which is nearly 4.5 shots a game. He does have hands though.
Matthew Strome (LW), Hamilton Bulldogs (OHL)
2017 4th Round Pick, 106th overall
- 11/23 – 1 goal, 5 shots, 8 for 14 FOW
- 11/24 – 1 goal, 2 assists, 3 shots, 8 for 16 FOW
- 11/25 – 0 shots, 4 for 7 FOW/
Strome is oddly pacing for more assists than goals from last year. He is up to 28 points (10 G, 18 A) in 25 games. Another interesting development was the increased time in the faceoff circle this week.
Maksim Sushko (RW), Owen Sound Attack (OHL)
2017 4th Round Pick, 107th overall
Sushko was the bad kind of streaky this week. After I talked him up the last couple weeks, he throws up goose eggs. Let me know which struggling prospect you’d like to do better. I can likely help you with that. Maksim has 21 points (6 G, 15 A) in 26 games.
Wyatte Wylie (D), Everett Silvertips (WHL)
2018 5th Round Pick, 127th overall
A surprisingly quiet week for Wylie who was seemingly rattling off points at will. The offensive defenseman has 24 points (5 G, 19 A) in 27 games and tied for sixth most by a D-man in the WHL.
Egor Zamula (D), Calgary Hitmen (WHL)

A good, but not great week for Zamula (this only considering what he has done in the previous few weeks). He has 17 points (3 G, 14 A) in 26 games.

Linus Högberg (D), Växjö Lakers HC (SHL)
2016 5th Round Pick, 139th overall
Högberg gets his second goal of the season! He had only two all of last season in 42 games.
David Bernhardt (D), Djurgårdens IF (SHL)

As per the usual, no points for Bernhardt this week.
Adam Ginning (D), Linköping HC (SHL)

Adam Ginning doesn’t get any points, but did skate the second most minutes among skaters in Saturday’s game. Not a bad feat for an 18 year old.
Olle Lycksell (RW/C), Linköping HC (SHL)

The offense returns for Lycksell who had went over a month without a point it seems. The 19 year old has two goals and five assists in 21 games this season.
Marcus Westfält (C), Brynäs IF (SHL)

Westfält getting treated as the extra forward this week, so nothing new to report for the 18 year old other than he remains at zero points in 12 games with Brynäs.

Sandström gets into one game this week and plays well! Things seem to be looking up for the Swedish netminder. His SV% on the season is up to .897 in nine games.
Samuel Ersson (G), Västerås IK (Allsvenskan)

Ersson has been absolutely incredible in his first year in Allsvenskan. He has a .942 SV% through 12 games and doesn’t appear to be slowing down.
