Based on popular “The Noon Number”-type features at a number of SB Nation hockey sites (specifically Japers’ Rink), we here at Broad Street Hockey are going to try out something similar. Enjoy.
1 – The number of additional points the Flyers need to surpass 88 points, their total for the 2009-10 season. There are sixteen games remaining in the regular season in which to secure this one point. The Flyers have already equaled last season’s win total (41).
And to think, they’ve done it all without a single appearance by Jeremy Duchesne. What a team.
