Thursday Morning Fly By: Bye, 2015!

*The Flyers played their last game of the calendar year last night and it was good or possibly bad (Charlie says: It was bad). Not sure. Thankfully, Charlie has us covered. RECAP!

*To the surprise of pretty much no one, considering his cap hit/lack of playing time, Sam Gagner cleared waivers and joined the Lehigh Valley Phantoms. [BSH]

*Lawyers in the concussion lawsuit against the NHL will be questioning Gary Bettman and Brendon Shanahan soon which should be interesting. [TSN]

*Finally, you know how NHL teams have a thing given to each game’s MVP in the locker room? With the Flyers, it’s Colby’s Cap. Well…the Florida Panthers might just have the weirdest and also best MVP award in the league. [Puck Daddy]
